SFA Referees - South of Scotland


The fitness test that senior referees are required to pass three times per year is detailed below.

6 x 40 metre sprints (each to be completed within 6.4seconds with 1 minute between each sprint)

1 x 150m run (to be completed on 30 seconds)
1 x 50m walk (to be completed in 40 seconds)

both the run and the walk to be done intermittently with no rest period with a minimum of 30 of each.
